We are very committed to protecting your privacy. We guarantee not to sell or disclose any of your personal information you disclose to us through this website. We have secure servers that are tested daily and use 100% secure SSL encryption to protect your personal information from hackers and any unauthorized users. If you place an order with us via Credit Card, be assured your information is secure. Our system automatically deletes your credit card number after your payment amount is authorized by your bank. All that remains in our system is the last 4 digits of your credit card number in order to identify it.

Everyday we make every effort to reflect current prices, product descriptions and product changes. Occasionally prices will differ from those listed on the site or product details may have changed. Therefore we reserve the right to change prices at any time as well as product details and specifics. You will be notified of any changes applicable to your order before charging your credit card or proceeding with the order. If the price of a item on your order has changed, we will inform you via phone or email and request your authorization for the price to be adjusted accordingly and proceed with your order.If there are any mistakes in pricing and you do not authorize the new amount, your money will be most certainly returned with no penalty to you.

UpYourRide.com uses a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. Every effort will be taken to prevent this. Our system has a fraud detection system and on top of that every order is hand processed and verified by an employee. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card. Doing so will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law; all information gathered will be turned over to the authorities. If we have any suspicion we will contact you regarding such suspicions. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable amount of time, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Returns

***Please See Our Return Policies/Warranties for Each Product Line in the Help Section***

Most Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order excluding any exceptions listed in the Help Section or any custom/special order items. We will exchange any UNUSED item for another item of equal value. Item must be in resalable condition  or it will be returned back to you. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged for the price difference after your permission of course. If new item is of lesser value, you will be credited accordingly. If any return is due to an error on the part of us, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue only ONE call tag. The customer will solely be responsible to ensure that the item is packaged properly and ready for pickup at your specified location. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange for return shipping, at no time will we issue a second call tag. If a return is received back damaged to our warehouse because of improper packaging you may not receive any refund for any reason from UpYourRide.com.The product must be received back in exactly the same condition as you received it (this includes the protective masking, which MUST still be intact, that is on all chrome trim and many stainless steel grilles to prevent scratches in shipping). If damage is due to the freight company used it will be your responsibility to file a claim with them for the damage. On all returns in which UpYourRide.com is not at fault, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and there will be no refunds for original shipping costs. Please use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number. After you have shipped the product, you must call us or email us with that tracking number. This will ensure the item is applied to your account and a timely refund process. All returned items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days after RMA number has been issued or the number will become void.


IF YOU DO NOT THINK AN ITEM WILL FIT DO NOT INSTALL IT! WE CANNOT RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTALLED MERCHANDISE!!!! IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT SEEM TO FIT PLEASE CALL US TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR TO SEE IF OUR TECHNICIANS CAN HELP YOU INSTALL YOUR ITEM!

Returns without an exchange will be subject to a return fee of up to 30% of the purchase price, also with no return of freight charges. Percentage will be determined on a case by case basis.

Exchanges are subject to additional handling and processing fees.

All returned items MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused immediately at time of delivery. Please email us at returns@upyourride.com to request an RMA number or fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form and we will respond promptly with instructions. NO returns or refunds will be issued on special orders. Any products refused upon delivery will also be subject to return/restocking fee.

Credits will be issued within 10 business days of the item being received back at our warehouse. We will credit you in the same method of your original payment. Please know that when processing credit card refunds we can issue them immediately and the amount will clear on our end within 24 hours. Credit Card companies cannot update this quickly unfortunately and it has taken up to 30 days for a credit to be posted to a customers account. This will all depend on which credit card company you use.

If you are an international customer all sales are final unless arranged with a customer service representative or the item arrives damaged (if insurance option paid). Please contact customer service for appropriate shipping charges overseas as our shopping cart cannot calculate out of the United States properly. Please note: Some items may not be able to be shipped overseas due to dimensional regulations of the country's postal system.

Damage or Loss

If your product has obvious visible damage when you receive it, please REFUSE the item if possible, DO NOT sign for it, and make sure the driver is aware of the reason for refusal. Please contact us immediately and notify us of the problem. If you find the item is damaged after opening the box, please call or email us and we will work with you to get you a replacement of the item ordered as soon as possible.

If your order arrives and there seems to be a defect in the design or assembly, a replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive the item back and have it inspected.

Cancellations

As soon as any order is placed over this web site and the transaction is submitted successfully, we automatically incur charges from your credit card companies. Therefore, if you place your order over the phone and the order has not yet been charged, it may be able to be cancelled with no cancellation fees or penalties. If you however placed an order through the web site and then request to cancel, there will be a $10.00 or 5% cancellation fee, which ever is the greatest due to the charges we incur immediately and processing time. When using PayPal the same fee will apply plus the amount we incur to return the payment (usually 5% depending on the order amount). Please call us to cancel any order as soon as possible. If the order has already processed and shipped, it will be treated as a return unfortunately.


PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS THAT ARE CUSTOM MADE SUCH AS BLACK POWDERCOATED T-REX ITEMS AND DASH KITS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE REACHED THE BEGINNING STAGES OF PRODUCTION. DASH KITS MUST BE TREATED AS A RETURN AND BLACK POWDERCOATED T-REX ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. SPECIAL ORDERS OF ANY KIND CANNOT BE CANCELLED, RETURNED, OR EXCHANGED.

If we cannot contact you regarding your order for more than 7 days, your order will be subsequently cancelled. The amount of the order will be returned to you in the same form as payment less 5% processing fees as we incur charges immediately for accepting your payment and for returning it to your credit card. Depending on the order amount this percentage can be increased.

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Some of our warehouses are able to ship on Saturdays. Please call us regarding any Saturday Shipments. Items will be shipped the same day as long as the item is in stock. If the item you order is out of stock you will be notified soon after your order is placed. General shipping times may vary to different parts of the country but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days or sooner, shipping internationally will also extend shipping time. Please ask a representative for an ETA of your item if you are located outside of the US. We ship out of numerous warehouses all over the country so it will depend on the location of the warehouse and your location. We ship via UPS, FEDEX, & USPS. How your item is shipped will depend on which warehouse your item ships from. When "Free Shipping" is offered, it applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii as well as International Shipping is available. If you are in need of expedited shipping, it may be possible on some items. Please contact to see if expedited shipping is available for the item you wish. Additional charges will apply.


A Signature will be Required for 99% of all orders.
