It is our commitment to provide you with the best value, at the best price. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money!
Our Price Match Guarantee is Very Simple; if you find another distributor/retailer with the same item for a lower price that can be verified we will match the price.
There are a few simple "rules" for our Price Match Guarantee:
- Must be identical item available through an Authorized Dealer (No Ebay or Similar Auctions)
- Item must be in stock and available through competitor's website
- Price comparison includes product selling price plus equivalent shipping method (This includes; finding the same product on another authorized website for $5.00 less then our advertised price + $9.00 shipping. We will not match the price since we offer free shipping on every item and therefore our total price will still be lower than the mentioned competitor.)
- Must be verified that price listed on competitors website is not a pricing error
- And of course, excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and anything of the nature
- Washington Residents - Price Matches do not include state sales tax
- As errors do occur, UpYourRide reserves the right to correct price inaccuracies at any time without notice and update any order placed with wrong prices. We also reserve the right not to price match due to any erroneous price listings on our site or any other site.
- All Price Matches must be done over the phone with a customer service representative - please do not request price match in order comments when you place an order through this website

No associate will see your credit card number unless you place an order by phone. Once your credit card transaction is authorized, your order will be verified by hand before the payment is actually collected. Numerous steps (which cannot be mentioned as we don't want to give away our secrets to crooks :) are taken to ensure all the information we receive is correct and properly authorized. If we are unable to verify the information you submitted you will be contacted. If we cannot reach you or do not hear from you within a reasonable amount of time, your order will be cancelled and the amount authorized on your credit card will be returned. If we suspect any fraudulent activity, all information will be turned over to the US Secret Service Cyber Crimes Division for investigation. If all of your information is verified, your order will be shipped promptly with Signature Required service to ensure your product reaches your front door. All packages are monitored until delivered.
